- Experience includes project designing, tendering process, agreements, measurement and verifications of savings, implementation supervision. High Techno commercial proficiency in designing and implementing ESCO project.
- Carried out base line measurements in Mahape MIDC, Latur Municipal Council, Akola Municipal Corporation, Pune Municipal Corporation.
- Expertise in Lighting Designing of street light, facade lighting & internal lighting, Prepartion of drawing & estimate.

- 42 Years of industry experience - 12 years of experience in streetlight and pumping energy efficiency.
- Involved in first 4 ESCO projects in India. Till date completed around 11 ESCO projects. Carried out in base line measurement in Indore, Ujjain, Latur, Akola, and Pune Municipal Corporation.

- 29 Years of total experience in power supply, energy & lighting industry
- Experience in all the departments on industry from design, development, purchase, manufacturing to marketing.
- Have set-up multiple manufacturing facilities for power supply and energy saving lighting products
- Instrumental in conceptualizing , developing and manufacturing RF technology products and Automated Data Collection Systems
- Played a pivotal role in obtaining national & international certifications such as ISI, UL, VDE for products along with ISO certification for R&D and manufacturing facilities
- Handled ESCo streetlighting projects from IGA to installation & O&M in over 15 towns all over India over a period of five years
- Extensive experience in IPMVP , IGA studies for street lighting and water pumping for 18 towns in Tamilnadu
- High proficiency in documentation required for Carbon credits. Coordinated with international agencies such as TUV, World Bank, ECONOLER International etc. for completing CDM formalities in registering ESCO streetlighting project with UNFCCC.
Siddharth Nimbalkar

- Till date given consultancy and commissioned Solar plants to the tune of 50MW
- Commissioned two numbers of Solid waste to Energy plants
- Highly conversant with policies of MEDA, BEE, MNRE, MSEDCL, MSETCL & different state development Agencies
- Proficiency in availing and trading of Renewable Energy Certificates
- 12 years experience as ITI site supervisor. Proficient in survey, design, implementation and supervision.
